Terms & Conditions for Qatar Transit Tours

Minimum Layover Time

The minimum transit time to book Discover Qatar transit tours is 8 hours. However, the minimum duration may vary depending on the specific tour. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they have adequate layover time when making tour reservations.

Advance Booking

Passengers can book tours online up to 48 hours prior to flight arrival in Doha. All passengers must then proceed to the Discover Qatar desk in Hamad International Airport at least 2 hours before the scheduled tour departure time.

On-Site Bookings

Transit tours can also be booked on-site after flight arrival at the Discover Qatar desk located in the Duty Free Plaza South, behind the A&B concourses escalators. On-site bookings are available up until 2 hours before tour start time, subject to availability.

Tour Policies

Any extensions to tour duration, requests for additional services or amendments cannot be accommodated on the day of the tour. Pick-up and drop-off times and locations also cannot be altered.

Passengers should book tours that conclude at least 2 hours prior to their next flight departure. Discover Qatar and Qatar Airways are not responsible for delays clearing immigration/security that cause passengers to miss flights.

The maximum capacity per Doha city tour is 46 passengers. All Discover Qatar transit tours are subject to availability and require meeting the minimum layover time specific to each offering.
